Coconut Cashew Milk
Homemade nut milks make allll the difference in our morning coffee. I make a batch of this 1-2x a week for us (1x if we’re only using it for coffee and not late night cereal 🤪). I love that with cashews there is no hassle of straining the nut pulp through a nut milk bag. Just soak, rinse, and blend!
Ingredients:
4 cups water
1 cup cashews, soaked overnight and rinsed
1/4 cup coconut milk
1/2 tbsp vanilla
1 tsp salt
Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender on med-high for 2 minutes.
