Fri-Date Night Wine 1/29: 2018 Austin Hope Cabernet Sauvignon

We love trying new wines but on nights when we want a staple that we KNOW isn’t going to disappoint but also won’t break the bank, we often reach for an Auston Hope cab. For this reason, we often serve it when we have guests. Want to come over for dinner? 😉

It takes about an hour or 2 for this wine to open up so we plan our dinner accordingly. Paired with one of our favorite meals: steak and roasted veggies. Delicious every time!!
