Fri-Date night Wine 2/5: 2017 Jayson Pahlmeyer Cabernet Sauvignon

This is one of my all time FAVORITE wines. Kyle texted me earlier in the day and said “I’m itching to go to Sundance (the wine store by our house) and get a bottle to pair with tonight’s dinner” and my response was “SCRATCH THAT ITCH!” When Kyle gets an itch, it undoubtedly ends up in a good time – scratch that – a GREAT time!

It has a deep, rich color that is matched by its boldness and is well-balanced in its earthy and fruitiness. Loved every sip! OH! And the nose…one of my favorites! I could just sit there and smell it for hours.
