Kyle swears that if I opened a food cart and only sold this PB&J I’d be very successful 🤔 I’m not not considering it 😅 The margin on PB&Js has gotta be pretty high, right??
Anywho, here’s the recipe. I’m adding the brands I’ve been using because quality ingredients make alllll the difference here:
– sourdough bread from Columbia River Sourdough Bakery
– 1 tbsp @kerrygoldusa butter
– 3 tbsp @santacruzorganic peanut butter
– 3 tbsp @stonewallkitchen black raspberry jam
– 1/2 a banana
Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Once melted, add bread and toast on ONE side for 1-2 minutes until lightly golden at the edges. (Toasting on one side ensures that you get a nice crisp without having to hold a butter edge 😎) Once toasted, slather with peanut butter, jam, and add your diced banana. ENJOY!!😋💖
