almond flour

cup
vanilla protein powder

tablespoons
coconut flour

teaspoon
sea salt

maple syrup

nut or seed butter of choice

tablespoons
melted coconut oil

teaspoon
vanilla extract

tablespoons
mini dairy-free chocolate chips + more for topping
Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together almond flour, vanilla protein powder, coconut flour, and salt.
Stir in maple syrup, almond butter, coconut oil, and vanilla extract until a soft dough forms.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Press the dough into a parchment-lined loaf pan. Top with more chocolate chips. Refrigerate for at least an hour, until the dough firms up.
Slice into bars and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week or in the freezer for up to 1 month. Enjoy!
