CHOCOLATE CHUNK PEANUT BUTTER BLONDIES (GF, DF, NO REFINED SUGAR)
What happens when a cookie and a brownie get together? They turn into these rich and fudgy Chocolate Peanut Butter Blondies, made with only wholesome ingredients and no refined sugars.
Add the peanut butter, coconut sugar, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract to a medium-sized mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
Add in the flour, baking powder, salt, and chocolate chips and stir until just combined. The batter will be thick!
Smooth the blondie batter into an 8x8 parchment-lined baking dish.
Bake for 21 to 23 minutes.
Allow to cool before slicing. ENJOY!
Notes
You want to be sure your peanut butter is a stir-able consistency. If your peanut butter is too thick or too dry, add 1 tablespoon of avocado oil or melted coconut oil.
