NO-BAKE COOKIES (GLUTEN-FREE & REFINED SUGAR-FREE)
Loaded with oats, peanut butter, and cacao powder, these no-bake, chocolatey, peanut butter cookies are always a hit! These cookies take less time to make than most ovens take to preheat!

Add the coconut oil, coconut sugar, almond milk, raw cacao powder, and salt to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil for 1 minute.
Remove from the heat.
Add the oats, creamy peanut butter, and vanilla extract. While the mixture is still warm, sir in ½ cup of chocolate chips.
Drop large spoonfuls onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Refrigerate until set, about 20 minutes.
Melt the remaining ½ cup of chocolate chips with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil. Drizzle over the top of the cooled cookies and sprinkle with flaky salt. ENJOY!
