Add the onion and a large splash of bone broth to a blender and blend until the onion is pulverized.
Add the remainder of the ingredients (avocados, coconut milk, garlic, lemon juice, lime juice, salt, and pepper) and blend until smooth for about 1 minute.
Depending on your desired consistency, you can add more bone broth or a splash of water to thin out the soup.
Chill for a few hours and enjoy!

I like to serve this in a cute glass with a drizzle of olive oil, some salsa or cilantro, and flaky sea salt. It’s best to make this recipe the day you plan to serve it. This recipe will last in the fridge for 24 hours before it starts to brown. That said, you can make it in the morning ahead of when your guests plan to arrive!
