Add all the ingredients – soaked cashews, water, coconut cream, maple syrup, vanilla extract, salt, nutmeg, and cinnamon — to a blender.
Blend on high for 2 minutes, until the mixture is creamy and frothy!
Store in an airtight container in the fridge and enjoy!
Notes
This will last for about a week in the fridge. You’ll find that it’s even creamier the next day! You can also make this with almonds; however, you will want to strain the mixture through a nut milk bag before enjoying it.
