CREAMY LEMON HYDRATING ELECTROLYTE POPSICLES
There’s no better way to cool down during a hot summer day than with a frozen popsicle, and these pops have the added benefit of electrolytes!

Ingredients

15-ounce can
light coconut milk
6
scoops
lemon flavored electrolytes
3
lemons,
juiced
Pinch of Himalayan salt
¼
cup
maple syrup
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients (coconut milk, electrolytes, lemon, sea salt, and maple syrup) to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
Using a funnel, fill the popsicle molds to almost full and seal the top.
Place in the freezer overnight.
Enjoy on a warm day!
