Refreshing, tart, and hydrating, these quick and easy electrolyte popsicles are more cost-effective and better tasting than anything you’ll find at the grocery store!

These Creamy Lemon Hydrating Electrolyte Popsicles are my new favorite way to consume electrolytes during the hotter months of the year.
Electrolytes seem to be getting a lot of buzz, and for good reason! Proper hydration helps with muscle and nerve function and supports overall energy levels as well.
All this talk about electrolytes got me thinking of how to incorporate them into a frozen sweet treat.

The result are these creamy, tangy, and subtly sweet pops made from just a few staple ingredients.
And, of course, they’re dairy-free and refined sugar-free, so the entire family can enjoy them.
Can’t wait for you to give these deliciously hydrating popsicles a try… Enjoy!
Ingredients for Hydrating Popsicles
It only takes five key ingredients to turn your electrolyte beverage into a tasty, creamy treat. Here’s what you’ll need.

- Coconut Milk: One can of light coconut milk will give you all the creaminess you need for these frozen treats.
- Electrolytes: I used @goodonya lemon-flavored electrolyte, but you can switch this up to use whatever flavor you prefer.

Pin It- Lemon Juice: To amplify the flavor even more, I like to add the juice of three whole lemons. The tartness really shines through!
- Himalayan Sea Salt: A pinch of salt just balances out the flavors. Adding some Himalayan sea salt to water is also known to help replenish lost electrolytes.
- Maple Syrup: I find you just need a bit of natural sweetener to turn these into a delectable afternoon treat.
How to Make Electrolyte Popsicles
Add the light coconut milk, electrolytes, lemon, sea salt, and maple syrup to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.

Using a funnel, fill the popsicle molds to almost full and seal the top. These are the molds I used and absolutely loved! Unlike a lot of other molds, these are super simple to use and clean too.
Place in the freezer overnight. Putting the molds in a tall glass jar keeps them upright during the freezing process. Enjoy on a warm day!
