Fudgy and flourless, these grain-free, dairy-free, and refined sugar-free brownies are insanely good and made with just a few simple, wholesome ingredients!
Add the almond butter, coconut sugar, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract to a medium-sized mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
Add in the cacao powder, instant coffee, baking powder, salt, and chocolate chunks. Stir until just combined – note, the batter will be THICK!
Smooth the brownie batter into an 8×8 inch parchment-lined baking dish (see note 2).
Bake for 20 minutes.
Allow to cool before slicing.
ENJOY!
Notes
Note 1: You want to be sure your almond butter is a stir-able consistency. If you’re almond butter is too thick or too dry, add 1 tbsp avocado oil or melted coconut oil.Note 2: If using a ceramic or glass baking dish, bake for 20-23 minutes. Metal (like I’ve used here) heats up quicker and requires a shorter cook time.
