Fudgy and flourless, these grain-free, dairy-free, and refined sugar-free brownies are insanely good and made with just a few simple, wholesome ingredients!

  • 1 cup creamy almond butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/3 cup cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp instant coffee or espresso powder optional
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chunks

  • Preheat your oven to 350
  • Add your almond butter, coconut sugar, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla to a medium-sized mixing bowl and whisk until smooth
  • Add in you cacao powder, instant coffee, baking powder, salt and chocolate chunks and stir until just combined (the batter will be THICK)
  • Smooth your brownie batter into an 8×8 parchment lined baking dish
  • Bake for 23-25 minutes
  • Allow to cool before slicing
  • ENJOY!
