Spoon the matcha powder through a fish mesh sieve to break up any clumps.
Whisk in a front to back motion until slightly frothy on top.
Add the honey and whisk again.
Add ice to your serving glass.
Pour in the cashew milk and top with your honey matcha mixture.

Notes
I’m an iced matcha lover, but you can also make this a hot matcha latte. To enjoy this hot, heat the water in a teapot on the stove until warm. The ideal water temperature is between 140° to 175°, anything hotter and you’ll actually scald the matcha powder. Follow the same directions as above, omitting the ice cubes. Warm your milk over the stove before adding it into a mug and pouring the matcha mixture over the top. Use a whisk or handheld frother to incorporate.
