PROTEIN-RICH CHOCOLATE STRAWBERRY OVERNIGHT OATS
A healthy, protein make-ahead breakfast that tastes like a treat but keeps me full and satisfied all morning long. Go ahead and make a few jars of this — your future self will thank you!

rolled oats

unsweetened almond milk
(or your choice of milk)

scoop
chocolate protein powder
(I used Truvani)

tablespoons
hemp seeds

tablespoons
almond butter

teaspoon
vanilla extract

tablespoon
maple syrup
¼
teaspoon
salt

cup
strawberries,
chopped
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients to a glass container and stir until thoroughly combined.
Cover the glass container with a lid or plastic wrap.
Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Uncover and enjoy!
Notes
This recipe can easily be doubled (or tripled) to make several grab-n-go breakfasts for the week.
