Greens on greens 💚💚💚 Packed with nutritious, vitamin and antioxidant-rich ingredients like parsley, basil, garlic, and raw honey, this vinaigrette will take your healthy salad game to the next level!
Salad has been demonized in some nutrition communities but I’m still here for those delicious leafy greens🥬
Don’t just think of this as just a dressing – use it as a marinade or a sauce for fish and chicken dishes! I used it on my Sun-dried Tomato Chicken Meatballs (recipe in my recent reels)

Ingredients:
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 lemons, juiced
3 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 cup parsley
1 cup basil
1/2 cup green onion
1 clove garlic
1-2 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Add all your ingredients to a food processor and process for 1 minute until well combined.
Enjoy with your favorite salad or use as a marinade, on fish, or on my Sun-dried Tomato Chicken Meatballs!

Hi Olivia! I love your recipes. I was wondering if there was a good substitute for the basil? I live in the northeast and basil is really only in season in the summer. Would cilantro work, or a combination of cilantro and dill?
    Thanks!

Hi Sarah! You could totally sub cilantro here! And thank you so much for the kind words – I’m so happy to hear that you’re enjoying my recipes!
