Chocolate Chia Mousse

2 cups milk of choice (I used my homemade cashew coconut milk)
1/2 cup chia seeds
1/3 cup maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup cacao powder
pinch of sea salt
handful of raspberries
cacao nibs
coconut whipped cream

Blend your milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla, cacao powder, and salt in a high speed blender for 1 minute. The mixture should immediately thicken up thanks to the chia seeds. Pour into serving dishes and chill in the fridge for 4 hours minimum.
Serve with raspberries, cacao nibs, and coconut whipped cream.
