– 1 sweet potato
– 1 tbsp olive or avocado oil
– 1 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp pepper
– 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
– 1 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional – for cheesy flavor)
– 1 tsp arrowroot starch or corn starch (for added crispness)
Cut your potato into 1/2 inch sticks. Drizzle with olive oil and toss with your remaining ingredients. Scatter onto a baking sheet making sure to give each fry space. You don’t want to overcrowd the pan or the fries won’t get crispy. Bake at 425 for 25 minutes. Flip the frie
