Hi friends! Date night is my favorite night of the week and one of the highlights is always the wine. We take our wine experience seriously in the Adriance house. This past Friday I made rack of lamb and we paired it with our favorite zin, Black Chicken by Biale Vineyards. Normally we aren’t huge zin fans because we are drawn to big, bold California cabs but this zin is bold, jammy without being sweet, and paired really well with lamb’s complex, earthy flavor.
