My favorite childhood candy, healthified!🍫🥜🎃
(Makes 6 pumpkin PB cups)
– 1 heaping cup chopped dark chocolate
– 2 tsp coconut oil
– 1/4 cup peanut butter
– 2 tbsp pumpkin purée
– 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
– 2 tsp maple syrup
– pinch of sea salt
Melt chocolate and coconut oil using the double boiler method or microwave. Line a muffin tin with 6 muffin cups. Add 2 tsp of melted chocolate to each cup and rotate/tilt so that the chocolate goes 1/2 inch up the side. Freeze for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, mix your PB, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, maple syrup, and salt. Remove the cups from the freezer and add PB pumpkin mixture, smoothing into a single layer. Top with additional chocolate until the mixture is covered and sprinkle with sea salt. Freeze for 2-3 minutes. Enjoy!!🤩🤩
