Ingredients 

  • purple cabbage
  • green cabbage
  • red bell pepper
  • green onion
  • roasted cashews
  • cilantro
  • carrots

Instructions 

  • Roughly chop and combine your ingredients and enjoy with your favorite dressing (I chose miso lime vinaigrette)!

Notes

This recipe is meant to be a guideline as to what you can include in order to achieve a variety of colors. Feel free to incorporate whatever colorful veggies you want!
