Whipped up a yummy appetizer highlighting some freshly picked figs accompanied by prosciutto, candied pecans, and a little balsamic drizzle. Balsamic drizzle = instantly fancy 😉 I could have eaten this whole plate by myself!

Recipe below as promised 😘

Ingredients:
10 fresh figs
10 slices of prosciutto
1 oz brie or another soft cheese
Balsamic glaze for drizzling
Candied pecans
Flaky sea salt

Directions:
Cut half the figs into quarters. Slice your cheese into 1in pieces. Wrap sliced figs and cheese with a piece of prosciutto and bake at 425 for 10-15 minutes.

While the figs are baking, quarter your remaining fresh figs. Once figs have baked and slightly cooled, plate, top with flaky sea salt, and candied nuts, drizzle with balsamic, and serve with the remaining fresh figs. Enjoy!! 💖
