Vanilla Cinnamon Cashew Milk

Let’s not pretend this is complicated…here’s the recipe:

  • Soak 1 cup raw cashews overnight in the refrigerator 
  • Rinsed the soaked cashews well 
  • In a high powered blender, combine the rinsed cashews with 5 cups filtered water, 2 tbsp coconut cream, 2 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Blend on high speed for 2 minutes 
  • Enjoy!
