Peach Salsa

Who else is obsessing over late summer produce?😍 Fresh peach and tomato salsa made with tomatoes and serranos from my parent’s garden and farm fresh peaches 🍑 I’m in heaven!!
Recipe below!🍅🥑🍑🍋🌿🧄
Ingredients:
– 1 ripe peach, peeled and diced
– 1 ripe tomato, diced
– 1/4 cup red onion, diced
– 1/2 an avocado, diced
– 1/2 cup cilantro, roughly chopped
– 1 clove garlic
– 1 serrano pepper, seeded and diced
– juice of 1 lime
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– salt and pepper to taste
Combine all of your ingredients and DEVOUR! 😋 (I recommend making this ahead of time because the flavors improve as they meld together!)
