Vanilla Cinnamon Cashew Milk
Let’s not pretend this is complicated…here’s the recipe:
- Soak 1 cup raw cashews overnight in the refrigerator
- Rinsed the soaked cashews well
- In a high powered blender, combine the rinsed cashews with 5 cups filtered water, 2 tbsp coconut cream, 2 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Blend on high speed for 2 minutes
- Enjoy!
