Over the last few years, I’ve been testing and retesting cookie recipes with the goal of creating recipes that taste just like the originals but are naturally gluten-free, dairy-free, and refined sugar-free.

These cookie recipes have become staples in my household, and yours too! And not just during the holiday season because they’re just that good.

RECIPES FOR THE BEST GLUTEN-FREE CHRISTMAS COOKIES

I wanted to make sure each of these recipes uses ingredients that are both reliable and delicious. Almond flour, coconut oil, nut butters, and a touch of maple syrup are standard ingredients for these cookie recipes.

Most of these recipes actually even egg-free too if you have any plant-based friends coming over to celebrate!
