If you’ve been following along on Instagram, you know that nearly every recipe I share is gluten-free, dairy-free, and refined sugar-free.
What began as a way to support my skin quickly turned into a full lifestyle shift: one rooted in nourishing food, feeling my best, and sharing it all with you so you can feel your best too.
But let’s be clear: I never wanted to give up the joy of dessert. That’s why I’ve spent years developing better-for-you versions of the classics we all know and love, along with plenty of new favorites that hopefully will become classics in your household.
Everything in this list of course is gluten-free, dairy-free, and refined sugar-free, but you’ll also find several egg-free options and plenty of nut-free options as well. (I have a whole category of egg-free and nut-free desserts on my site if you’re navigating additional dietary needs).
You’ll find everything from cakes, to brownies, muffins, cookies, and breads; childhood favorites like pop tarts, cinnamon rolls, berry cobblers, ice cream sandwiches, and molten lava cakes; and even some pies.
